Management of RTE Students.

Student attendance register is maintained monthly. Attendance entries can be done by the teachers of the respective classes which then get reflected in the Mark sheet.
Yearly Academic Event Calendar is maintained which is linked to Attendance system, so that the events & holidays are automatically reflected in attendance form.
Optional Subject can be changed anytime during the session.
Manage all certificates like

Application for TC can be generated with the approval of which, the TC is issued to the students.
TC and Character Certificate for the entire XII class are generated on Single click.
Dues are checked at the time of TC generation, and in case of any dues TC is not generated till the dues are cleared.
Promotion can be done on Single click. It also checks for the students whose fee is due.
Format for Board Registration is there in Academic Module for IX and XI classes.
Ready ID Cards can be generated from the software which is very cost benefit.
Scholar Register is maintained for every student.
Section Shuffling facility for all the classes.
Stream (like Commerce, Arts etc.) can be changed anytime during the session.
Previous session’s data of all the students can be entered & maintained easily.
Provision of Photo for Father, Mother & Guardian in Child Profile form
Student Attendance for a month can be locked by “Lock attendance” facility, whenever required
Transfer Certificate: Facility to change subject order and display text for a subject on TC form.
At the time of admission, the documents submitted by the student like Transfer Certificate, migration certificate & other admission related enclosures are scanned & stored as a record which can be viewed in software for future reference.
Promotion Process:
• a. Auto Validation Process on Promotion with New Promotion Status Report.
• b. Outstanding Amount and Result for all students is displayed, so that the promotion of student can be decided.

FEE MODULE

Fee Heads according to the school can be created by the user.
Class Wise Fee Structure can be maintained which is internally applied on every student of the class.
Late Fee is automatically generated on Fee generation on the basis of date.
Optional Subject Fee gets generated automatically if the subject is opted by the student and fee is applicable on that subject.
Absent fine gets generated automatically when the student is absent.
Cheque Bounce charges are automatically generated on fee generation, if the cheque gets bounced.
Conveyance Fee is generated automatically only for those students who have availed conveyance facility.
If any Fee is to be taken from RTE & Free students like ID Card Fee, Conveyance Fee etc, then it can be set through different options given in the software.
Any Excess amount taken by the student can be adjusted/ refunded when next time the fee is generated.
Category Wise Fee Concession can be defined for all the students under the same category. Like Staff child etc.
Class Wise Fee Analysis & Head Wise Fee Analysis reports are maintained for the auditing purpose.
Student Wise Fee Analysis report is maintained to view student’s whole session Fee Chart.
Personal Register is maintained for every student.
Caution Money Register is maintained session wise.

EXAM MODULE

Examination system based on latest CBSE guidelines.
Marks Entry can be imported in the software.
Marks entry can be locked after the marks entry is done by the teachers.
Subject Wise Grade/Marks option to be displayed in mark sheet.
Class Wise Remarks Entry (General Remarks & Co-Scholastic Remarks) is maintained.
Marks Entry for single can also be done & his mark sheet can be printed.
Tracks if any teacher has not entered any student’s marks in any subject for an exam.
Teachers of their respective classes and subjects can enter marks & remarks entries of their classes & subjects only.
Mark Sheet Layout can be designed by the user according to the options given.
Subjects Order and display text for mark sheet can be set by the user.
Class Wise passing % and rank % can be defined for all the exams.
Automatic calculation of percentage, grand total etc.
Exam Time Table can be generated for the students.
Remark Register for all the classes is maintained.

TRANSPORT MODULE

Route & Pick Point Wise Conveyance Management

Conveyance waiting list is present which will include the students who apply for conveyance. The students will be allotted conveyance according to the seats available in the bus.
Students, who wish to avail the conveyance facility, are allotted conveyance and Fee for conveyance is then generated automatically.

VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
• Vehicle Information including No. of seats, model no., Fuel used, Pollution Certificate details, Fitness Clearing Certificate details, Permit details, Insurance Certificate details, Road Tax detail, Tyre Information etc.
• Reminder for renewal of different Certificates like Insurance Certificate, Pollution Certificate, Fitness Clearing Certificate etc.
• Conveyance Complaint form is there which maintains all the complaints of driver, conductor, student, teacher etc.
• Vehicle Complaint form is there which maintains all the complaints of a vehicle.
